For our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for Assets & Employee Benefits Insurance Specialist  to join our Finance team

Thanks to your coordination and organizational skills, you will support the renewal of insurance policies by assisting in data collection with internal teams and brokers, and contribute to the preparation of budget-related information. You will also assist in the management of contracts and related documentation.

You will handle administrative activities such as cost tracking, payment flow management, and the issuance of contractual documents. In addition, you will support claims management processes and contribute to the follow-up of contracts and insurance programs, including those involving the Group Captive across Property, Marine, Cyber, and Employee Benefits.

Thanks to your ability to manage a variety of operational tasks, you will provide support in specific situations such as crisis management, M&A-related integration activities, and coordination with regions on insurance topics, including risk assessment and the management of global programs.

Thanks to your academic background, you hold a Master’s degree in Law or Business and have at least 1-2 years of experience as an insurance specialist. You have gained initial experience in managing insurance programs and handling claims.

You will rely on your knowledge of different risk areas, including property, marine, cyber, and employee benefits. Thanks to your ability to simplify and structure information, you can communicate and present complex topics in a clear and concise way.

You are comfortable using standard Office tools and have a general understanding of how global consumer goods companies operate. You approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset and are comfortable managing multiple activities in parallel.
