If we think your application could be a good match, we’ll let you know and arrange an interview via video or phone with someone from our recruiting team. The process may differ slightly country to country, but will assess your competencies, characteristics and technical skills, while determining how well you could fit with our style of working.

If the first interview goes well, we’ll invite you to interview with a Ferrero line manager. Sometimes we do this by hosting an assessment centre. In either case, the purpose is to better understand your personality, raw technical aptitude and fit within our dynamic organization. We’ll provide you with more details closer to your interview.
