INTERNSHIP Customer Service Specialist
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for r a Customer Service Specialist Intern who will report professionally to the Customer Service Manager of Region North Africa, Levant, CEWA & French Islands.
Thanks to your support, customers will experience continuity in their operations and the correct service level. You will check and share all necessary shipping documentation ahead of container or truck arrivals, ensuring that clearance processes proceed smoothly. You will also maintain customer master data so that any changes in commercial routes are properly reflected.
You will supervise price accuracy in SAP and update the pricing list for your region’s portfolio. At the same time, you will manage daily shipment tracking to anticipate risks and engage with the maritime company or the Transportation Procurement team whenever improvements are needed.
You will coordinate claim resolution with Finance to help address our distributors’ needs and contribute to a consistent and reliable service experience.
You will handle administrative and back-office tasks such as creating sales orders, proformas, and invoices.
Thanks to your university degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, you will bring a solid foundation to the role. Any prior experience in Supply Chain will be considered a plus.
You will use your strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, along with SAP proficiency, and your fluency in English, while additional European languages will be seen as an advantage.
