Import Specialist

For our Supply Chain Department, we are currently looking for an Import Specialist (Finished Goods) to report to Demand&Supply Planning Manager in Istanbul. If you believe your experience aligns with the responsibilities outlined below, we welcome your application!
- Manage Ministry of Agriculture and Customs procedures via customs brokers, monitor their performance, and ensure customs lead times meet defined targets
- Prepare departmental reports, track product invoices, and share all necessary documentation with customs brokers, warehouses, and logistics partners
- Create purchase orders in SAP and process customs brokers’ invoices promptly, coordinating with the accounting team
- Ensure all sourced finished goods arrive in Türkiye on time, in full, with the right quality, and within planned cost parameters
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Experience in food sector,
- Advanced level of SAP and MS Office,
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail,
- Project management capabilities,
- Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role,
- Fluency in English.
