We are looking for a talented and motivated Warehouse & Entegre Plant Logistics Supervisor to join our Supply Chain Department in Trabzon. Reporting directly to the EBS Logistics Manager, this role will oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, internal stock transfers, and logistics activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational health & safety standards.
The role will also be responsible for coordinating the logistics team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics processes.

•    Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and stock movements, ensuring accurate and efficient processes
•    Ensure proper storage and handling of products in compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational health & safety standards
•    Coordinate internal stock transfers, transportation, and SAP transactions to ensure timely and accurate material flow
•    Plan and coordinate manpower, shifts, equipment, and daily logistics activities
•    Monitor the condition and availability of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and weighing scales, coordinating maintenance and required inspections
•    Monitor operational performance, prepare regular inventory and logistics reports, and follow up on corrective actions
•    Coordinate the Logistics team and support HR-related processes, including competency certification requirements
•    Support budget planning, continuous improvement, and relevant quality and food safety initiatives

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
•    Preferably 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a similar role
•    Good understanding of quality, food safety, and occupational health & safety requirements
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and coordination skills
•    Experience in team coordination and operational planning
•    Experience with SAP and warehouse/inventory management processes
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish
