The Time Studies Analyst is responsible for developing and continuously monitoring the production cycles, adjusting cycles as needed. This position is responsible for developing and executing productivity projects and continuous improvement within the manufacturing facility maximizing efficiency and cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will also assist with standard cost calculation and estimating costs of new projects received throughout the year.

BUDGET
•    Collaborate with Production Manager to determine optimal manpower requirements in relation to the cycles.
•    Analyze previous year’s efficiencies to determine new manpower cost savings.
•    Complete budge draft and provide recommendations and justifications.
DAY TO DAY COSTING
•    Preparation of the standard cost and transfer price.
•    Determine new cost calculation of new products received throughout the year.
PRODUCTION CYCLES
•    Prepare, review and track all costs related to cycles. 
•    Continuously monitor production cycles to ensure the correct needs of manpower. 
•    Plan, execute and report the audit template for “Line Scrap Analysis”. 
•    Suggest and initiate necessary corrective actions to realign within budget.
•    Strategically manage and provide justification to reduce manpower hours per qli.
EFFICIENCY REPORTING
•    Prepare reports/presentations regarding manpower, line efficiency and maintenance problems.
•    Maintain the Access Database for the production shift reports and downtime report
PREVENTIVO
•    Initiate productivity improvements such as labour reduction proposals and design improvements.
•    Analyze the return on investments in relations to manpower cost savings. 
•    Cost simulation for new projects.
•    Support and maintain access databases for other functions including HR, Logistics, Controlling
QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY
•    Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained.

•    Knowledge of SAP
•    Knowledge of production process including phases, cycles, production bill of material
•    Ability to identify issues, provide recommendations for improvement and implement as required
•    Experience in a Manufacturing environment
•    Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Detail Oriented
•    Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Advanced level of Excel
•    Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Access Databases

The base salary range for this position is $64,000- $85,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
