Are you ready to start your career in Supply Chain Planning with one of the most iconic FMCG companies? At Ferrero Ibérica, you will join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a Planning Trainee, supporting key processes that ensure product availability across Spain and Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in demand planning, S&OP processes, and stock management, while learning from industry experts in a global environment.

In this role, you will be updating and maintaining the Newspaper file for Demand Planning for Spain and Portugal, as well as keeping the main S&OP file accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will support the stock segmentation process to identify risks related to donations and destructions, ensuring smooth operations. Monitoring factory arrivals and stock coverage will be part of your daily responsibilities to guarantee product availability. Furthermore, you will analyze components for copacking and proactively raise alerts for potential shortages, contributing to efficient planning and execution.

You are structured, organized, and highly responsible, with a strong commitment to accuracy and detail. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential, while familiarity with SAP, APO DP/SNP, or Power BI will be considered a plus. Knowledge of programming is an advantage but not mandatory. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and additional languages such as Catalan or Italian will make you stand out. If you are passionate about planning, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a global FMCG leader, this role is for you.

Ferrero is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which all employees feel welcomed and appreciated and have the same opportunities. We believe all of our people are equally talented in their own way.
