Supply Chain Development Data Analyst UK&I
At Ferrero, we are looking for a Supply Chain Development Data Analyst to help drive performance, continuous improvement and data-led decision making across our UK & Ireland Supply Chain function.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the Supply Chain organisation, partnering with teams across Demand & Supply Planning, Commercial Logistics, Industrial Logistics, Customer Services, Co-Packing, Product Flow Management and Continuous Improvement. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, helping leaders and teams make informed decisions that improve service, efficiency, cost and overall operational performance.
As the analytical lead within the function, you will build and enhance reporting capability, identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen data quality and governance, and support the delivery of strategic improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in developing analytical capability across the wider Supply Chain team, ensuring data and performance insight are embedded into everyday decision making.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical expertise with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You will be responsible for developing and enhancing Supply Chain performance reporting, ensuring KPI and operational data is accurately consolidated, validated and analysed to provide meaningful business insight. Through detailed analysis, you will identify trends, risks and opportunities, supporting teams to improve performance and deliver business objectives.
A key focus of the role will be the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel and other data visualisation platforms. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes and increase visibility of Supply Chain performance.
Working closely with Supply Chain leaders and functional teams, you will support performance reviews, strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives by providing robust analysis, scenario modelling and decision support. You will also help track benefits realisation and measure the effectiveness of improvement programmes across the organisation.
In addition, you will support data governance activities, improving data accuracy, consistency and integrity across the Supply Chain function. You will contribute to the development of standard KPI definitions, reporting frameworks and analytical methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to performance management.
A key aspect of the role will be coaching and supporting colleagues to strengthen analytical capability, helping teams utilise data more effectively and apply structured problem-solving techniques to drive sustainable improvements.
You will have experience within a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail or FMCG environment where you have used data and analytics to support operational or strategic decision making.
You will possess strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel capability and experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools. You will be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, identifying trends and translating data into practical recommendations that drive business performance.
You are naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and can confidently challenge and influence stakeholders through data-led insights. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work with a wide range of teams and leaders across the organisation.
Experience supporting Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Transformation or Supply Chain Development initiatives would be advantageous, as would exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments.
This role would suit someone currently working as a Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Performance Analyst, Operations Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, Planning Analyst or Business Performance Analyst who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and collaborative FMCG business.
