The Digital Supply Chain cluster aims to streamline Ferrero’s global end-to-end logistics roadmap by integrating advanced automation technologies. This transformational program focuses on deploying solutions such as Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and intelligent systems to automate warehouse operations and internal material flows.

In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of cutting-edge automation technologies within Supply Chain processes, while also supporting the strategic process mapping workstream. Your focus will be on reducing manual, repetitive activities that do not add value, and collaborating with the SC Analytics workstream to define key transportation and warehouse KPIs, as well as design new operative dashboards used by Operations teams globally.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Operation Scenarios and Ferrero Engineering to define feasibility studies to design logistic projects at group level.

In this role, you will provide strategic oversight for the implementation of warehouse and materials flow automation technologies across Ferrero’s global Supply Chain, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation. You will focus on deploying solutions such as Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and other intelligent automation systems to enhance operational efficiency in logistics environments.

Moreover, you will support the process mapping workstream by conducting comprehensive analyses of current warehouse operations and intralogistics materials flows. This includes documenting workflows and identifying areas for optimization, creating detailed process documentation that serves as the foundation for automation and digitalization initiatives.

You will also contribute to the SC Analytics workstream by helping define key performance indicators (KPIs) for transportation and warehouse operations. In collaboration with data analysts and operations teams, you will support the design and implementation of new Operative Dashboards that provide real-time visibility into Supply Chain performance across Ferrero’s global network.

Additionally, you will work closely with external consultants and technology vendors to evaluate automation solutions, participate in proof-of-concept exercises, and ensure successful implementation of selected technologies. You will coordinate with stakeholders across regions to ensure global alignment and promote best practice sharing.

Finally, you will lead change management initiatives to support the transition from manual to automated processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within operations teams.

Thanks to your background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, combined with 8+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, you bring a solid understanding of logistics operations in complex environments. Your experience helps you navigate day-to-day challenges while contributing to broader strategic goals across the Supply Chain.

You’re familiar with digital and automation technologies, particularly those related to warehouse and material flow automation such as AMRs and AGVs. With a structured approach to problem-solving, a strategic mindset, and critical thinking skills, you bring forward practical solutions that support operational efficiency and innovation. Your interest in continuous improvement is reflected in your experience with process mapping and workflow optimization.

You’re comfortable working across departments and cultures, able to engage stakeholders in collaborative ways. Your technical skills include advanced use of Microsoft Office, a basic understanding of systems like WMS, EWM, or TMS, and fluency in English. Experience with process mapping tools adds to your ability to contribute effectively to transformation initiatives.
