Sanitation Manager
- Role is primary contact and leader on plant Sanitation program. Role will manage two salaried Sanitation Supervisors in addition to 3rd party contractors. Responsible for employee Safety and consumer Food Safety that may be impacted by hygienic practices and conditions.
- Role develops, maintains and ensure implementation with all Ferrero procedures and policies relevant to plant Sanitation. High cross functional impact between Operations and Maintenance departments.
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 7am to 4pm
Role reports directly to Plant Food Safety and Quality Manager (PFSQM)
- Develop and manage the Sanitation programs that ensure we are following Ferrero policies and delivering the safest food to our customers
- Maintain compliance with internal SOP’s, corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the MSS utilizing Kleanz software
- Create and update SSOP’s, Line Release documents and OPL’s are needed
- Manage the Sanitation consumable budget and overtime budget
- Ensure sanitation training is completed
- Supervise the 3rd party pest control provider & monitor trends / corrective actions
- Supervise the pest control provider and monitor trends, correctives actions related to sanitation
- Manage 2 Sanitation Supervisors
- Enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices
- Bachelors Degree minimum in STEM field
- Minimum 4-7 Years experience in Sanitation
- PCQI and HACCP Certifications
- RCA/Kaizen experience
- Project Management experience
- Strategic planning experience
