Your Journey as a Revenue & Trade Management Specialist

As a Revenue & Trade Management Specialist based in Budapest, you will play a key role in supporting strategic revenue initiatives, optimizing pricing and trade terms, and ensuring effective governance of trade investments. Your work will directly contribute to value creation across channels and help shape our commercial strategy.
You will be supporting price maneuver activities by delivering accurate data and insights, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout execution. You will analyze channel performance, propose assortment optimization, and collaborate with teams to develop value propositions for high-margin products. You will segment customers based on profitability, growth potential, and strategic fit, recommending actions to focus on high-value customers.
You will assist the Trade Marketing Manager in identifying opportunities for trade spend optimization and establishing trade terms in new categories. You will build and maintain Revenue Generation KPI dashboards, deliver promotional insights, and support the Sales Team and Instore Team with promo analysis. You will also contribute to international customer template updates, monitor Sell-In vs Sell-Out volumes, and escalate discrepancies to support demand planning and S&OP processes.
You will be enabling fact-based commercial decisions by providing timely and actionable insights. You will ensure that reporting, forecasting, and event analysis are aligned with Ferrero’s strategic goals. Your role will be essential in bridging commercial, finance, and supply chain teams to maintain operational alignment and drive performance.
You will bring a university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG industry. You will have strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies. Proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets is essential, and familiarity with promotional strategy governance is a plus.
You will be results-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across functions.
