The Plant PMO & Performance Manager plays a key role in supporting plant governance, driving performance improvement, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The role ensures strong alignment across departments while leading continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts to enhance operational excellence.

  • Support the Plant Manager in defining and implementing plant governance frameworks across all departments
  • Coordinate the development of the Plant Master Plan, consolidating inputs from functions and aligning with central and area priorities (3-year horizon)
  • Monitor execution of Master Plan initiatives in collaboration with plant leadership
  • Lead the local budgeting process and oversee monthly performance reviews across SQCDME dimensions
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities such as plant presentations and site visits and lead major cross-functional initiatives as Project Manager
  • Promote and embed project management methodologies within the plant organization
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments and central teams
  • Lead the rollout of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., TPM methodology) across the plant
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
  • Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement improvement roadmaps and training plans, support execution of improvement initiatives at local level
  • Coach stakeholders on continuous improvement methodologies using a “train-the-trainer” approach
  • Track, consolidate and report progress on initiatives, training activities and audits
  • Lead the deployment of Smart Factory and digital transformation initiatives within the plant
  • Define and implement digitalization roadmaps in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Support execution and ensure adoption of digital tools and solutions, monitor and report on progress and outcomes of digital initiatives
  • Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of plant performance initiatives, providing visibility on progress, risks and key achievements to plant and central leadership
  • Foster engagement, motivation and capability development within the team
  • Support effective communication and cascade of priorities through line managers
  • Contribute to talent development, performance management and succession planning
  • Ensure alignment of organizational structures with business and strategic priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong experience in project management, PMO or operations performance roles
  • Solid exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive change
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured approach
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, CI frameworks)
  • Familiarity with digital transformation or Smart Factory initiatives is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • People management experience is preferred
