Overall long term and short-term Production planning of assigned brand/brands manufactured and repacked in Baramati in alignment with Production Requirements, Suppliers’ Capacities, and Manpower Constraints.

1.    Assure an efficient Plant production planning based on production inputs coming from BU Supply Planning - Short- and Medium-Term Plans
2.    Assure accountability of Semi-finished materials as per production planning
3.    Manage stock level for packaging materials by monitoring material coverage and taking proactive actions to prevent shortages or overstock situations
4.    Comply to the targeted KPI for Delivery (CFR & PPA)
5.    Active participation in improving ITR and SLOB
6.    Ensure no destruction on account of misplanning
7.    Maintain vendor rating system with Procurement
8.    Projects on cost saving & complexity reductions

•    Monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle for Production 
•    Maintain and improve Production Master Plan for factory with the help of Plant Manager 
•    Actively contribute and lead H&S in respective department
Finished and Semifinished Products Production plan 
•    Create and publish in a timely manner a feasible production short- and long-term planning within the detailed production scheduling period by shift that takes into consideration available capacity, Manpower & materials availability while respecting the product sequencing efficiency and optimizing the factory costs to produce (with a constant eye to the impacts on OEE/OAE).
•    Consolidates and follows up the Manpower projections.
•    From a planning perspective, keep monitoring with involved departments (Marketing, Development, Procurement and Documentation) of new SKUs development, observing the flow and any issues that arise and following up on the changes of current SKU in order to optimize the leftover consumption.
•    Provide analysis on the Area’s plants’ performance according to the identified KPIs with regards to the production planning for both operative and S&OP horizon.
•    Create long term capacity forecasts for materials for warehouse/supply chain to support space capacity planning.
•    Ensure all manufacturing procedures comply with government and Ferrero standards for food safety and quality.
•    Engage in LEAN, End to End Value Stream continuous improvement initiatives to improve costs and efficiencies throughout our manufacturing and planning process.

Packing & Semi Finished Material Management
•    Ensure availability Materials as per agreed production plans.
•    Update material schedule line through MRP (Material Requirement Planning) in SAP.
•    Maintain SAP APO master data, performing routine maintenance to ensure system integrity.
•    Review complete Budget year volumes and prepare vendor wise capacity simulation to analyze bottleneck in process and final review done with procurement team for further investments.
•    Continuously monitor slow moving and non-moving materials as per demand fluctuation and sharing leftover details with concern Business unit to have better accountability.
•    Trace the accountability of leftover to avoid any leftover at plant cost.
•    Monitor Inventory turnover ratio trend to optimize inventory at plant and maintain the safety stock level.
•    Monitor and maintain the Freshness of Semi finished material by optimizing inventory at Vendor/Plant Supplier and at Plant.
•    Proficiency with MRP in SAP.

Education:

  • Degree in Management/ Industrial Engineering/ Economics.

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.
