The purpose of this position is to ensure effective implementation and continuous compliance of food safety systems within the production plant. The role is responsible for managing equipment and instrument calibration programs, overseeing cleaning and sanitation activities, ensuring adherence to PRP patrol walk schedules, managing customer complaints through the CCC Portal, and supporting food safety risk assessment initiatives. The position requires thorough knowledge of HACCP principles.
1.    To ensure Food Safety and Quality compliance in the production plant through effective implementation and verification of PRP through patrol walk (PRP Gemba), Pest control management, equipment calibration, verification of cleaning and sanitation programs, other PRPs at shop floor.
2.    To ensure timely resolution of customer complaints to protect consumer Safety and Product Quality and to achieve continuously improvements

•    Customer Complaint Management: Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation and closure of corrective actions
•    PRP Gemba (Patrol Walk) Verification: Conduct routine PRP/GMP Gemba inspections to verify compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements
•    Pest Control Management: Monitor and verify pest control programs, analyze trends, and ensure effective corrective actions.  
•    Cleaning & Sanitation: Verify execution and effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation programs to maintain hygienic production conditions.
•    Equipment Calibration: Maintain and coordinate equipment calibration schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance of measuring devices
•    Food Safety Risk Assessment: Ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and compliance of Food Safety requirements issued by the Central Team through Group Procedures, Requirement Guidelines, and risk assessment programs.
•    HACCP: To support in HACCP implementation ensuring effective control measures like PRP at shop floor

Education:

  • Post-graduate in Food Science/Microbiology/Dairy Microbiology/BTech Food Technology.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.

4.FSSC 22000

5. Basic knowledge of Power BI & AI Tools

6.Knowledge of 5S,Kaizen
