You will drive the implementation of department-level projects, contribute to transformation steering committees, and share updates, options, and priorities, so progress stays visible.
Finally, you will craft and monitor governance mechanisms, so key processes are structured, responsibilities are clear, and the right actors are involved at the right time. You will contribute to Group Policies, support risk assessments, and connect administration priorities to ongoing organization projects, helping the Supply Chain story move forward with consistency.
You bring an Engineering background with 7–10 years of experience in Business/ Management Consulting and/or FMCG, with a strong track record in Supply Chain transformation. You are able to translate complex topics into clear decisions and lead end-to-end transformation projects.
You have solid expertise in logistics and distribution, including transport operations (e.g. palletization, trucking), which is essential for the role. Exposure to demand and Supply Chain planning within transformation programs can be helpful. You are familiar with digital initiatives and collaborate effectively with regional teams.
You combine strong project management skills with a structured approach to timelines, processes, and delivery, and can drive multiple initiatives in parallel. You have the confidence and seniority to engage with and constructively challenge senior stakeholders and can represent the function effectively in high-level discussions.
You thrive in uncertain environments, bringing structure, pragmatism, and solid influencing skills within complex organizations. You communicate fluently in English and work effectively in multicultural contexts.
