Organization & Improvement - Curricular Internship
We are looking for an Organization & Improvement curricular internship. During the 6 months internship you will be involved in projects of organizational development, improvement and transformation initiatives and you will learn how to deal with complexity in a multinational company.
Your activities will focus on assisting the team in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, contributing to analyses and proposals related to structures, processes, and transformation programs. You will collaborate closely with different business departments and gradually become a reliable partner in initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
We are looking for a student in Business or Engineering, supported by strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and genuine curiosity for learning.
