About the Role:
The Area FSQ PMO will support the SVP Food, Safety & Quality North America in an effective management of the overall FSQ performances within the geographical Area along the entire Value Chain from Raw Material to Consumers (Supplier Management, Industrial Logistic Distribution and Commercial Quality). Additionally, this position will support the North America FSQ leadership team in:
• Supporting the SVP Food, Safety & Quality North America in day-to-day activities and management
• Acting as main referent and focal point to collect and consolidate FSQ KPIs coordinating and keeping track of the execution of Area North America projects
• Consolidate business data and support preparation of key governance meetings
Main Responsibilities:
• Consolidate business data and support preparation of business presentations including audit findings, Non Conformities analysis, Best Practice Sharing etc.
• Support preparation of governance meetings as required (e.g. Area Board, Monthly Letters, Operations board, Brand Quality Review, etc.) acting as support and coordinator to the SVP FSQ NAM
• Actively support and facilitate the FSQ CAPEX Process ensuring presentation checks and preparations
• Ensure homogenization of reporting activities between different Plants, providing feedback and ensuring continuous improvement of activities
• Facilitate coordination and preparation of the PS FSQ NAM plan, as well as monthly update
• Support the management of critical Non-Conformities / incidents (both on industrial and commercial side) also by enabling activation of specific task force to accelerate problem resolution
• Facilitate reporting of data for CAPEX planning and OPEX, including alignment with industrial sites
• Interacts with data owners within functions and/ or use available reporting tools to collect info and prepare reports. Prepares a monthly comment on business results and trend
Who we are looking for:
Business Experience:
• 8+ experience in the Food, Safety & Quality field with a broad functional experience along the full value chain
• Experience in managing complex projects (CAPEX, OPEX, Continuous Improvement Programs)
• Executive presentation experience
• Strong Project management skills
• Planning, coordination
• Executive level synthesis and presentation skills
• SAP: functional knowledge
Education:
• BSc in Food Science or Business (provided strong experience in the Quality sphere)
• MSc in Food Science is a plus
Compensation Data
The base salary range for this position is $138,671k - $184,894k. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
