National Account Executive (12 month contract)
The National Account Executive role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of sales operations by engaging with key accounts, supporting customer initiatives, and developing expertise in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, dynamic, and customer-centric team, working within a flexible environment with the opportunity to explore broader commercial functions for further professional development.
- Support the delivery of customer plans and promotional activities to drive in-store execution and sales performance
- Ensure all initiatives align with Ferrero’s Triple Win philosophy, creating value for Ferrero, retailers, and shoppers
- Manage SAP TM processes end-to-end, including claims, promotional accruals, actualisation, and forecasting
- Assist in managing promotional budgets and evaluating return on investment for effective allocation
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the key liaison between sales operations and the field team, ensuring alignment and seamless coordination
- Support account managers in promotional program requirements, submissions, and communications
- Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to align forecasts with customer needs
- Prepare regular performance reports and post-promotional reviews
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improved forecast accuracy and sales execution
- University degree in business, management or related fields
- Commercial experience in field sales or sales coordination within the FMCG industry is highly regarded
- High attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and results orientation
- Strong communication, influencing, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Effective time management and adaptability in a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and find solutions across different teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); SAP TM experience is an advantage
