As a Market Developer for Bulgaria, you will help increase sales and grow business by supporting the Area Sales Manager. You’ll work directly with the market and be part of a team of Field Market Developers. You will make sure standarts are followed and help the company expand and strengthen its presence in Bulgaria.

In this role, you’ll be the face of Ferrero in stores, bringing the brand’s mission to life through every interaction with retail partners and customers. You’ll visit stores across both traditional and modern trade channels, checking shelf space, product placement, pricing and freshness with a sharp eye for detail. A key part of your job will be identifying opportunities to improve Ferrero’s visibility at shelves and checkouts, securing premium secondary placements and negotiating better product positioning that supports the company’s growth goals. Building strong relationships will be essential, as you become a trusted contact for store teams and distributors, working together to achieve shared success. You’ll also support trade marketing and promotional efforts by ensuring materials are well-positioned, campaigns are executed effectively, and areas for improvement are identified. Regular stock checks in key accounts and local clients will help you monitor inventory levels, track stock rotation, and especially for seasonal products, reduce waste and keep products fresh. As a market developer, you’ll keep an eye on competitor activity and offer strategic recommendations based on your observations. Your analytical mindset will be valuable in collecting data, preparing weekly reports and creating presentations that highlight key findings. Throughout it all, you’ll stay proactive, sharing ideas and updates with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in a similar position role, withing the FMCG company, specifically in Modern Trade and/or Traditional Trade. You must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines and have strong communication skills. You need to be demanding of your performance and looking for professional development. Being a team player and working with passion will make you an important part of the team. The ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a dynamic and competitive market environment is also required. A very good command of the English is necessary, as well good command in Microsoft Office, driver’s license (B category) and availability to travel.
