Maintenance Planner
We have a current opening for a Maintenance Planner and are actively reviewing applications.
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the maintenance management aspects for the UGP, collaborating with the UGP Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor to guarantee the maintenance expected performances (time, cost) and for the investment management related to the UGP.

• Makes the preventive and predictive maintenance plan, verifying equipment availability, other production needs, and maintenance resources availability.
• Responsible for Predictive Maintenance planning (PM frequency).
• Consolidates, in conjunction with UGP Manager, the maintenance activity plan during main shutdowns, considering also postponed activities and/or improvement activities and verifying equipment’s’ availability in respect of the production schedule.
• Monitor the maintenance plans progress throughout the week to ensure the plan is executed in a timely manner.
• Prepares the weekly / daily maintenance intervention plan, checking resources availability and considering shifting / postponing options.
• Identifies corrective actions based on the equipment efficiency analysis.
• Evaluates the opportunity to allocate some maintenance activities to the production personnel, control the transfer process, and evaluates related outcomes.
• Collaborates, together with Maintenance Team, Engineering Team, and Production Team on new project design, implementation, and cost management.
• In collaboration with the Technical Purchasing Department, prepares RFQ for negotiations.
• Oversee the technical project management of new investments, also monitoring cost, time, results.
• Responsible for creating Assets Requisitions in collaboration with Finance Department.
• Collects and analyzes request for machinery and equipment variation, renewal and/or substitution of single parts, performing a first feasibility study in accordance with UGP.
• Collaborate with Ferrero Engineering, assures the supervision of the project.
• Collaborate with the Scheduling Team and Managers to ensure that production lines are properly staffed and maintained for optimal operational efficiency.
• Post-High School/Associates Degree
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of product technology and process and food manufacturing
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and production methods
• Strong production/ maintenance background
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies and processes
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to coordinate and manage large scale maintenance projects
• Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP PM

The base salary range for this position is $63,000 - $88,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
