Manages environment and energy activities within industrial perimeter, ensuring compliance and sustainability, also ensuring the coverage of extended-factory perimeter, with specific focus on sustainability.

REGULATORY & ISO SYSTEMS

•Monitors the Environmental & Energy (E&E) regulatory evolution.•Supports plant’s functions to ensures the overall Environment & Energy compliance•Ensures ISO Systems 14001 and 50001 are maintained or achieved•Spreads at local level the Group Environment &Energy policies and documentation and updates local instructions/ procedures•Coordinates Environment & Energy legal compliance assessment and follow-ups•Manages permitting activities

PROJECT, CAPEX, OPEX,(Energy & Water)

•E&E Investments: coordinates E&E assessment for all investments, also with specific reference to Technical Investment Board preparation (and above); takes the Stage/Gate process leadership for E&E topics•Environment & Energy KPIs: Coordinates Environment & Energy data collection, targets setting for Budgeting & SAF, KPIs monitoring, trend analysis and reporting (incl CSR, CDP)•Coordinates budget consumption modeling definition for utilities (energy and water)•Implements/manages systems for KPIs measurement and leads related audits

ENERGY MANAGEMENT & INDUSTRIAL DECARBONIZATION

•Ensures the performance of assessments/ audits on Energy and Water topics•Defines initiatives of continuous improvement for Energy and Water, also researching innovative solutions•Coordinates projects related to Energy Management / Industrial Decarbonization/ Water Stewardship.•Acts as initiator for Energy procurement•Benchmark our plant against the top-performing facility and develop an action plan to bridge the feasible gaps.•Supports Energy Procurement team in identifying the best opportunities on energy supply LTCs (Power Purchase Agreement).•Ensures alignment of procurement activities with international certifications (IRECs, GO) and sources types as defined by decarbonization program (Biomethane, Biomass, PPA etc).•Energy Emergency Planning in alignment with utility.•Feasibility study of proposed energy and water projects and alignment with concerned stakeholders

KPIs & Governance

•Input data in Intelex with reasons monthly.•Governance of KPI’s and LISEE Steering committee.•Support the plant in Root Cause Analysis, track and prepare action plan for the same.•Green weekend and closure of open points.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong focus on safety and compliance.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills:

  1. Technical Knowledge of Utilities management and Sustainability topics.
  2. Having expertise on Energy Audits & Energy Management System.
  3. Having expertise in Project Management.
