For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to support the Global Sales Force Automation (SFA) Capability & Development Manager in managing Global SFA and sales reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and smooth rollout of capability initiatives across markets.

This internship will also provide secondary support on analytical tools and frameworks that sustain the My Perfect Store (MyPS) ecosystem.

You will help maintain and improve SFA tools, add-ons, and reporting dashboards that support sales execution and field performance. You will assist in gathering and consolidating feedback from markets, monitor KPIs and tool adoption while contributing to testing, rollout, and documentation of new functionalities and enhancements.

Moreover, your mission will be to prepare training materials, user guides, and checklists to facilitate tool adoption, while supporting data analysis, visualization, and timely delivery of recurring reports. Collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Trade Marketing, Category Management) will be key to aligning improvements with business needs and ensuring data consistency across interconnected systems.

You will also provide secondary support on analytical and operational tools linked to My Perfect Store processes and participate in ad-hoc analysis or projects related to reporting and process optimization. Working proactively within a multicultural, cross-functional team is expected throughout your internship.

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of September 2026.

You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or Engineering.

In addition, you are expected to bring an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to structure, analyze, and present data clearly. Strong communication and teamwork skills will help you collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment. 
An understanding of sales field execution processes and an interest in digital tool adoption will support your contribution to improving tools and processes.

Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Power BI, Excel, CRM systems with a fluency in English.
