Industrial Warehouse Operations Manager

This position is to effectively Lead end to end Warehouse Operations within Industrial Supply Chain Network, complying with all Ferrero guidelines and Standards. The position is also responsible for driving operational efficiencies and sustains high level of Service levels within the scope of Industrial Network operations.

1.    Ensure effective implementation of Safety procedures, creating safety awareness in warehouse by visual management, training & drive safety projects. ensure all Safety compliances, foster Zero risk mindset and compliance to all group WH Safety, workplace Traffic safety procedure across teams working in Internal & External Warehouses as well

2.    Ensure end-to-end controls, compliance & management of raw material, packaging material, Surprises, modules & Finished goods in all the Warehousing and Logistics Operations

3.    Ensure 100% compliance with all Ferrero standards, procedures and compliances (GRC, Safety, Quality, Legal, Operations etc.) and SQCDME KPI (MIS), Monthly Dashboard are updated on timely basis for entire Warehouses

4.    Ensure effective Inventory Management & controls in Warehouse, including Documentation, updating Inventory records and adherence of all Internal & external Inventory Audit compliances. 

5.    Ensure uninterrupted Material Supplies to plant and 3PO operations as per production plan, ensuring zero production loss

6.    Ensuring compliance with ISO Quality audits, Ferrero Quality standard audits by local & International auditors, SMETA Audits, Kosher audits, ISO Environment audits in internal WH. Ensuring RCA & CAPA to be defined in alignment with all stakeholders for the audit findings

7.    Ensure continuous improvement, monitoring and reporting of all SQCDME objectives, Ontime release of Material Disposition requests and follow up with LISEE team as and when required for Internal Warehouse 

8.    Own and drive all Projects to enhance Internal Warehouse Quality, Safety & Sustainability standards and participate in strategic projects like PS Space planning

9.    Effective Team Management and ensuring high level of employee Morale, Team motivation, development and engagement across FTE & Contractual employees working in Warehouse (Internal & External)

10.    Participation in Annual SC Budget preparation, ensuring timely review of Budget vs actual spends, R & O inputs and efficiencies are generated as per Organization objectives. Capex Budgeting, Target Utilization & Asset Verification & impairment requirements

11.    Facilitate, Environment friendly: Go Green initiatives in Supply Chain.

12.    Facilitate and collaborate with respective area owners within Supply Chain to continuously bring out cost efficiency opportunities and ensure effective change implementation. Lead and drive Industrial Supply Chain projects, including VCO, F4G, Cost efficiency projects

13.    Support and participate Industrial Network Optimization projects, e.g., Warehouse consolidation, PS Space planning, Logistics optimization, 3PO Logistics integration

Education- Any Graduate or Postgraduation preferably in Operations or Supply Chain

Experience- 15+ years of experience

• Warehouse Operations Management
• Supply Chain Safety, Quality & ISO requirements
• Vendor and Transport Management
• Understanding of SAP & Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Sustainability standards and best practices
• Sound knowledge of SAP. KPI Dashboards, WH Budgeting is preferred
• Experience of SC Cost efficiency Management, inventory optimization (preferred)
• Cold Chain Industry dynamics
• Lean/ Six Sigma, Network Design and Dynamics
