For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an Ice Cream Area Marketing and Business Intelligence APAC-MEA/ INTERNATIONAL to join our marketing team.

Thanks to your experience in coordinating business and marketing initiatives, you will be able to support the APAC-MEA and Area International regions in aligning their efforts with overall Presidency guidelines. You will contribute to providing the necessary enablers—such as tools, guidelines, marketing mix levers, targets, and product ranges—so that business objectives can be achieved effectively. You will also play a role in identifying areas of synergy, evaluating performance measurement, and sharing best practices across countries, while supporting the preparation of Category P&L in the P2-P3 horizon.

You will maintain a comprehensive overview of business development activities within the countries, ensuring that market trends, competitive initiatives, and sell-out performance are monitored and clearly communicated. By preparing regular business and sales updates, you will keep stakeholders informed and provide key insights. You will also support the monitoring of annual country plans, covering assortment and distribution targets, activity grids, media pressure, profitability objectives, and potential price adjustments to manage inflation.

In addition, you will contribute to assessing new market opportunities and developing solid business cases. This includes analyzing potential for geographical expansion, defining the ideal portfolio, evaluating top-line potential, and shaping preliminary P&L structures. You will also support external briefings to gather strategic insights on competition and market dynamics, ensuring that each business case is built on clear size-of-opportunity analysis, sound portfolio design, and sustainable pricing and promotional strategies.

With a solid foundation in marketing and over 6 years of experience, you bring a proactive and curious approach to identifying new opportunities for both the brands and their category. Your self-motivation allows you to stay attuned to emerging trends and market shifts, and you’re eager to translate these insights into actionable initiatives that benefit the team and the business alike.

Thanks to your balanced and thoughtful approach, you place value on past achievements and learnings, preserving essential insights from established brands while fostering new growth. Your inclusive leadership style enables you to effectively guide cross-functional projects, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where ideas and expertise are shared and built upon.

With a university degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field, you bring advanced skills in PowerPoint for impactful message crafting, along with an advanced command of Excel. Your background in trade marketing includes hands-on experience in digital marketing activations, and you communicate fluently in English. Further education is also appreciated.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!

Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.

Employee contribution and engagement at Ferrero is individual, team and organization based, so you should have the ability to work independently as well as manage your team and stakeholders.
