As Global eCommerce Commercial Capabilities Manager, you will help shape how Ferrero wins online—by turning strategy into clear ways of working that teams can use every day. Based in Luxembourg, you will report to the Global eCommerce Acceleration Divisional Manager and connect global direction with local execution. You will craft practical tools, guide key initiatives, and bring clarity to priorities so markets can move with confidence. Your work will create real impact: stronger online assortments, smoother launches, and teams who feel enabled to deliver.

You will turn global priorities into outcomes that regions can adopt, measure, and improve—so our eCommerce mission becomes tangible in daily work. You will set a clear rhythm for governance and decision-making, keep initiatives on track, and help leaders see what matters most, when.

  • You will build and roll out commercial playbooks (assortment choices, capability building, and ways of working) that help markets execute consistently and learn from each other.
  • You will lead global initiatives from scope to delivery: define milestones, track risks and dependencies, simplify reporting, and prepare crisp materials that support decisions in leadership forums.
  • You will coordinate an eCommerce-focused innovation portfolio: prioritize launches, align timing and readiness (packs, content, assortment logic), and run post-launch reviews to improve what comes next.

You bring 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, category management, or project/program  management within a global consumer goods environment, and you can translate complexity into clear action. You communicate in a simple, direct way that helps others move forward, and you enjoy collaborating across countries and functions to deliver shared results.

  • You bring a strong grasp of online commercial fundamentals: assortment strategy, digital shelf, content readiness, activation, and customer dynamics.
  • You can run multiple initiatives in parallel, structure priorities, and deliver on time with disciplined project governance and practical tools.
  • You can craft executive-ready stories in PowerPoint, synthesize many inputs into a clear message, and support training or onboarding that helps teams grow their capability.
