We are currently looking for a Food Safety & Quality Systems and Copacking Specialist, which is one of the key functional positions in Ferrero Quality Organization, based in Manisa.

- Support Plant Quality Management and Food Safety Systems
- Follow up sanitation (cleaning validation and verification), GMP rules and audits, Environmental Monitoring Program, Hygienic Zoning, HACCP, working instructions and pest controls activities
- Support internal and external audits and certifications (ISO9001 and FSSC 22000)
- Monitor KPIs and interact on the progress of the action plans
- Follow and support the management of all internal and external contractors such as pest control, cleaning, canteen, 3PM contractors, etc
- Be responsible for training in food safety, GMP, allergen management, cleaning, etc
- Support the traceability and recall simulations
- Perform cleaning validation and verification
- University degree from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments
- Preferably 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC22000 requirements and other quality standards for food industry
- Good communication skills and analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Fluency both in written and spoken English and Turkish
