Channel Marketing Analyst, Club
We have a current opening for a Channel Marketing Analyst, Club and are actively reviewing applications.
The Club Channel Marketing Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical insights, working cross-functionally on price pack architecture development, and creating presentations to support the initiatives of the company. They will also be responsible for creating scorecards to monitor and analyze sales performance and identify category trends. The ideal candidate is able to effectively work with cross-functional partners & demonstrate strong business acumen while clearly communicating insights to key stakeholders.
The position is hybrid and will be located in our Parsippany, N.J. office, and will report to the Director of Club Channel Marketing.
- Business / Customer Insights
- Support creation of internal business review presentations for executive leadership
- Synthesize data to develop insights and business opportunities, specifically focused on new item launches, strategic long lead innovation, JBP & Top to Top Meetings, seasonal presentations, and business reviews
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI
- Analyze trade spend against volume, revenue and profitability targets
- Actively participate in annual planning & forecast processes
- Scorecards & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dynamic scorecards to monitor business performance across total Club Channel
- Build functional reporting & executive summaries that track consumption performance
- Complete ad hoc analytical requests for sales and leadership teams
- Create clear, executive ready presentations that translate analysis into business implications
- Assist Club Channel Marketing Director in forecasting / volume discussions on a weekly basis to ensure team hits monthly targets
- Project Management
- Actively participate in Club Channel PPA cross-functional meetings
- Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing, & Category Management to execute / monitor long lead innovation initiatives
- Assist Channel Marketing Director with managing Club PPA tracker to ensure cross-functional accountability & delivery of key action items
- Support the strategic sales agenda for the channel and partner with internal commercial teams to ensure the right resources and investment levels to win in a highly competitive marketplace
- At least 3 + years’ CPG experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, M.B.A. is a plus
- Data analytics experience and knowledge of Circana, SAPTM
- Club Channel experience / knowledge is a plus
- Sales experience a plus
- Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Detailed oriented with solid planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a proactive and timely manner
- Ability to generate positive relationships and foster a team environment
- Strong organizational agility and relationship building a must
- Good communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel approximately 10%

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
