Asia IT DC COE Enterprise Systems Manager
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled SAP Technology Architect to join our international IT team. The role will act as a key technical reference for SAP Technologies on-premises and in cloud (SAP BTP and IaaS) in collaboration with the external 2nd level support team and in collaboration with various cross-functional teams.
Key aspects of the role:
- Continuous optimization of the hybrid SAP landscape (cloud/on-premises)
- Define technical architectures and best practices for classic SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services and solutions (integration with Enterprise systems, Network, Integration and Cybersecurity teams)
- Provide governance through policies for SAP BTP technology
- Support for design and delivery AI solutions
- Assisting IT platform in selecting BTP solution and services
- Involve and collaborate with members of Enterprise systems, Network, Integration and Cybersecurity teams in the technical solution delivery
- Acts as a 3rd level support, assisting the AMS (support vendors) with the review, escalation & resolution of tickets/issues
- Be available to support as IT COE Enterprise Computing SME during P1 incident resolution as per Follow the Sun Rota (during Asia time zone).
- Define technical architectures and best practices for classic SAP Systems and SAP Cloud Solution (SAP BTP and IaaS)
- Administration and continuous development of the SAP Business Technology Platform
- Collaboration in the introduction of new SAP systems, modules and functions
- 3rd level support for SAP Technologies on-premises and in cloud (SAP BTP and IaaS) in collaboration with the external 2nd level support team
- Support for design and delivery AI solutions (SAP BTP)
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of security-related software patches
- SAP System operations (from Technology side)
- SAP BTP Operation
- Cybersecurity compliance verification and risk evaluation
EDUCATION
Post Graduate/Masters'
SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE
- 6+ years of core experience in SAP Basis/Technology operations: administration, support and monitoring running on-premises and on hyperscale environments
- Proven experience with SAP BTP administration and configuration
- Strong hands-on experience setting up core BTP services (Cloud Connector, IAS, Destinations, etc.)
- Development experience using SAP Build tools, including: SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)/ SAP Work Zone
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.); Agile methodology and CI/CD knowledge
- Understanding of SAP’s cloud security model and integration points with on-premises and cloud systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
- Flexibility, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive and learning-oriented attitude
- FMCG commercial awareness and business processes understanding
