Area International eCommerce Development
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an Area International eCommerce Development Manager, who will drive the growth of our eCommerce channel by developing regional strategies, strengthening local capabilities, and ensuring the seamless implementation of Ferrero’s global eCommerce vision across markets.
Thanks to your strong understanding of eCommerce strategy and market dynamics, you will contribute to shaping the local eCommerce vision and development plans in full alignment with Group priorities. You will analyze market potential, define category and regional priorities with Area Marketing and SBD, and work closely with local Business Units to design and deploy strategies that accelerate channel growth. In collaboration with the eCommerce Group, you will also help define strategic objectives and validate activation briefs to ensure consistent execution across markets.
You will build a close partnership with local teams in selected geographies, aligning business ambitions and providing guidance on eCommerce trends and evolution. Through ongoing collaboration, you will share Group vision, category priorities, and relevant insights to strengthen engagement and cohesion across regions. By identifying and developing the capabilities needed to advance eCommerce locally, you will coordinate the rollout of global tools, guidelines, and training initiatives, ensuring they are fully integrated into local strategies and processes.
You will track and assess performance metrics, supporting markets in evaluating results, managing A&P digital investments, and identifying risks and opportunities for growth. Your role also includes collecting and sharing best practices, connecting teams globally, and facilitating the exchange of ideas and learnings through meetings, events, and community updates.
You bring 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or commercial development, ideally within an international FMCG environment. Thanks to your strong business acumen and strategic mindset, you are able to translate market insights into actionable growth plans while maintaining alignment with global priorities. Your background allows you to understand the complexity of regional dynamics and adapt strategies to fit diverse market realities.
You are comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure a coherent and impactful eCommerce approach. You know how to engage and influence different stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment between Group and local teams. Your communication style is clear, structured, and adaptable, enabling you to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
You have a data-driven mindset and a natural curiosity for emerging digital trends and tools. You approach challenges with analytical rigor and an openness to innovation, continuously looking for ways to improve performance and efficiency. With a hands-on approach and a focus on results, you are motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of eCommerce across markets while supporting the development of local capabilities and teams.
