Our 3 to 6-month internships are designed to let you explore Ferrero while putting your skills to work. A Ferrero internship is a unique and challenging experience, and we often convert our interns to full time employees. Even more importantly, our internships can help you understand where you want to focus your talent and become the first step of a career at Ferrero.

Click “find a job” to see what internships are open right now in one of our many locations around the world. We regularly open new internships throughout the year where you can find exactly what you’re interested in.

Apply on-line and don’t forget to include your latest CV and a brief cover letter to help us understand who you are and why the internship appeals to you.

If we think your application could be a good match, we’ll let you know and arrange an interview via video or phone with someone from our recruiting team. The process may differ slightly country to country, but the interview will essentially help us get to know you, discover your interests and assess your competencies and technical skills.

If the first interview goes well, we’ll invite you to interview with a Ferrero hiring manager. Sometimes this is done in the same session as Step 3. The purpose of the interview is to help make sure you can get the most out of your internship by focusing on your personality, raw technical aptitude and likely fit with the function you’ve applied for – and we’ll give you lots more information about this before your interview.
