Training & Development Account
As a Training & Development Account, you will play a key role in shaping and driving people development and training initiatives within the organization. You will act as a trusted partner for the business, ensuring that learning strategies are aligned with organizational goals, individual career aspirations, and the broader Career Development Framework. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Line Managers, People Business Partners, and external training vendors to design and implement impactful development paths, contributing to a strong culture of continuous learning and growth.
You will serve as the main point of reference for core Talent & Learning processes, including the People Development Framework, Individual Development Plans, Performance Evaluation Management, Career Development Framework, Competency Assessment, and Onboarding. You will analyze training needs and identify skill gaps in line with evolving business priorities, promoting a people-centric approach and fostering a continuous feedback culture.
You will work closely with Line Managers to design and execute development plans, ensuring alignment between individual growth journeys and organizational objectives. You will also support the local implementation of global learning and development initiatives, ensuring effective rollout and strong stakeholder engagement. In addition, you will manage the training budget for your scope, ensuring compliance with company processes and timelines, and you will oversee the accurate tracking and reporting of training activities through the Learning Management System, using data insights to monitor progress and support informed decision-making.
You will bring a solid academic background with a Master’s degree in humanities, economics, or similar fields, combined with your previous experience in learning & training or in an HR generalist role. You are comfortable translating business needs into effective development programs that generate tangible impact within the organization. A strong command of both Italian and English, together with well-developed digital skills (including Excel and PowerPoint), will support your ability to work in a structured and international environment. Your familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms enables you to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and scalability of learning and development solutions.
