For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an Trade Management Capability to drive harmonization across markets, streamline processes/data model(s) and strengthen the governance by implementing a global template solution. 

Thanks to your strong background in Trade Management, you bring a solid understanding of systems, processes, and people-related aspects within a commercial environment. You will act as the reference point for Trade Management capability, supporting the Commercial Transformation Manager in the rollout, monitoring, and follow-up of the implementation plan. By collaborating with local project leaders and PMOs, you will help ensure the right balance between global consistency and local business needs, while developing and continuously improving the Trade Management blueprint. 

You will play an active role in connecting Trade Management with other key capabilities such as SFA, Customer Master Data, or BlueYonder. Drawing on your analytical mindset, you will contribute to defining UAT scenarios and test cases, coordinate user testing with business teams, and ensure training materials are well-prepared and validated. Your approach will help ensure that adoption plans are built into the overall business blueprint, with clear timelines, milestones, and risk management in place. 

You will work closely across functions, managing Trade Management change requests and assessing their relevance and impact on other areas such as Finance. With your understanding of how different tools and systems interact, you will anticipate constraints, support de-risking plans, and ensure smooth business continuity during rollouts. Finally, you will contribute to change management efforts by identifying the processes most impacted by transformation and supporting teams through the transition with clarity and structure. 

You bring around 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or strategic planning, ideally within a complex or international environment. Thanks to your structured approach and ability to manage multiple priorities, you are comfortable driving alignment between teams and translating strategy into actionable plans. You have a natural sense of organization and a strong attention to detail that help you maintain consistency across projects and communications. 

You are at ease working in cross-functional and multicultural settings, engaging diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships based on trust and transparency. Your interpersonal skills allow you to foster alignment while constructively challenging ideas to reach the best possible outcomes. With a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in process improvement and change, you enjoy shaping frameworks, tools, and routines that help teams work more effectively. You value clarity, accountability, and shared learning, and you approach your work with curiosity, adaptability, and a focus on results. 

We also positively assess past experience in commercial transformation projects and SAP TM knowledge. This includes experience implementing commercial transformation initiatives at a global level, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of change requests, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting local and central task forces, and driving adoption and change management beyond go-live. Knowledge of SAP TMA/TPM or similar Trade Management tools is highly valued, particularly the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and facilitate effective tool adoption.
