About the Role:

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Southern region, driving sales and coordinating strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the Southern region? As part of our team, you will be implementing the company's strategy, coordinating both short-term and long-term goals. Your mission includes identifying and activating new sales points and channels, ensuring our presence is felt far and wide.

Additionally, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and motivating our sales team, driving them towards success. Close interaction with the distributor is crucial, as you will control product inventory levels and ensure top-notch service quality. Moreover, your participation in cross-functional projects within the company will be key to our collective growth and innovation.

Who we are looking for:

To excel in this role, you should have a strong command of MS Excel and other analytical tools. Your ability to train and mentor others will be invaluable, as well as your skill in allocating tasks and resources across regions.

You are a proactive individual with excellent personnel management skills. Being result-oriented and capable of making decisions in uncertain conditions is essential. Your negotiation and communication skills are top-notch, and you thrive under pressure, maintaining a strong focus on achieving goals.
