We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our White Oaks location in Springfield, IL. In this role, you’ll drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every day.

  • Lead daily store operations and drive sales performance
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
  • Coach and motivate employees to achieve store goals
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and store operations
  • Prior retail leadership or management experience required
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Food, specialty retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $43,000 - $57,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.​
