Internship

For our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Warehousing & Stock Trainee to join the Raw Materials Supply Chain team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the company’s warehousing operations and inventory management processes for key raw materials, supporting a global network of plants and 3PLs. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to operational data management, performance tracking, and end-to-end coordination between Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality teams.

As part of the Raw Materials Warehousing and Stock team, you will contribute to ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and efficiency of our inbound and outbound warehouse flows. Your work will involve monitoring stock levels and coverage, analyzing data to identify trends, and supporting the maintenance of performance dashboards. You will help coordinate information flows between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on inventory availability, warehouse performance, and cost evolution.

Additionally, you will take part in specific activities such as allocation processes and spend monitoring, collaborating with multiple central and local functions to sustain operational continuity and continuous improvement across Ferrero’s global raw material network.

To thrive in this role, you bring strong communication and analytical skills, a natural ability to solve problems, and resilience. You’re currently studying Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, while familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be considered a plus.

Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.

This is more than a traineeship, it’s your opportunity to grow, learn, and make an impact in a company that values innovation and excellence. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join the Ferrero internship experience, we’d love to hear from you.
