We are currently seeking an Import & Export Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be primarily responsible for managing import and export activities related to factory operations. The position is based in Manisa and reports directly to the Import & Export Team Leader. If your experience matches the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply.

  • Manage and monitor all import and export operations for assigned materials, ensuring documentation fully complies with applicable laws and company policies
  • Coordinate export processes for finished goods, including verifying customer requirements, aligning with production plans, ensuring OTIF performance, preparing export documentation, and coordinating with 3PL providers
  • Handle customs clearance processes for imported raw materials, packaging, and technical materials when required
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics partners, transportation companies, and external consultancies throughout import/export operations
  • Monitor import and export regulations and manage inward processing (DİİB) incentive documentation at the factory, including coordination with incentive consultants
  • Create purchase orders in SAP, process invoices accurately and on time, and collaborate with the accounting team
  • Prepare regular Supply Chain reports within the scope of responsibility
  • Contribute ideas and insights for process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
  • Support and monitor the execution of projects related to supply chain strategy and process optimization
  • Continuously assess operational needs in import/export processes and develop alternatives to optimize warehouse usage and storage costs
  • Ensure optimal utilization of trucks and containers
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in project management with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish
