FSQ Senior Project Manager
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a FSQ Project Manager, based in Luxembourg and directly reporting to the Group FSQ Project Manager & Transformation (Group FSQ Office). The FSQ PM will be responsible for leading or supporting complex technical, transversal, and cross-functional projects involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders globally. The role may vary from serving as the project lead to providing project management and implementation support.
Project Leadership for Transversal Projects
Thanks to your ability to define scope, approach, and objectives, you will align each initiative with FSQ strategy and priorities. You will drive projects toward their expected outcome by monitoring deliverables, budget, and timelines while coordinating the team and interacting with stakeholders. You will also share progress updates, risks, and issues with the FSQ Board members to support informed decision-making.
Project Planning and Coordination
You will develop structured project plans that outline activities, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables, including GANTT overviews. You will prepare analyses when needed and track progress through regular status reports. Thanks to your coordination of the project team, you will help ensure coherent, timely, and cost-effective execution.
Risk and Opportunity Management
You will identify, assess, and handle potential risks and size opportunities in alignment with Group FSQ Manager & Transformation throughout the whole project.
Continuous Improvement and Change Support
You will facilitate lessons-learned reviews at project closure to capture insights and strengthen project delivery practices. You will also implement change management practices as needed.
Thanks to your strong background in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Safety & Quality, and your 8-10 years of international experience in project management in Food Safety & Quality you will lead projects with strong leadership.. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will support clear information flow and effective collaboration.
Thanks to your advanced project management knowledge and organizational skills, you will manage stakeholders timely, anticipating their needs, and balancing perspectives. You will use your analytical mindset to assess situations, adjust when needed, and handle uncertainty with composure. Your attention to detail, your collaborative approach, and your focus on results will help you contribute steadily to both daily tasks and broader initiatives.
You will rely on your flexibility and reliability to navigate conflicts calmly while applying the company’s ethical standards in every decision. Thanks to your proficiency in Microsoft Office, you will create clear documents, presentations, and analyses. Your excellent English skills will support communication across the organization, and any additional languages will help you interact in international settings.
