Ferrero Graduate Program - Junior Process Technologist
This is your chance to join us with a 3-Year Structured Graduate Program designed to develop talents across one or more European countries, for those seeking an international career in Operations.

PROGRAM ASSIGNMENTS
As part of our Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to gain international and cross-functional experience through two structured assignments:
- First Assignment (1 year): You will take on the role of Junior Process Technologist within the Production function in Belsk, Poland.
- Second Assignment (2 years): You will continue to grow in this role and its responsibilities at the Belsk Plant. After three years, this path could lead you to take on the position of Technology Specialist in Alba, Italy!
This program is designed to accelerate your development, broaden your expertise, and prepare you for future challenging roles within Operations.
1st Assignment: Junior Process Technologist
As Junior Process Technologist, you will play a key role in defining and controlling technological processes, ensuring every step meets quality and efficiency standards.
Your responsibilities will include performing calculations and analyses to support process development, standardizing technological parameters, and optimizing production for maximum performance.
You will manage and review documentation related to production processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitoring the sensory properties of products and semi-finished goods will be essential to maintain consistency and quality.
You will organize and conduct technological trials, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaboration with other departments will be a core part of your role, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve common goals.
You will bring your Master’s degree (MSc, 5 years of studies) in Food Technology, Food Science or Chemical/Food Engineering or a related field connected to food manufacturing, with an excellent academic record, achieved within maximum 12 months.
As a great communicator, fluency in English and Italian will be essential to cover this position, combined with your proficiency in MS Office tools.
