Emirati Graduate Program | Accounts Receivable Specialist
Ferrero is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers in Finance as Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, this role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two-year rotational program.
As part of the Finance team, you will embark on a dynamic journey through our Accounts Receivable department.
On the first year, as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist, you will assistwith Accounts Receivable processes; this includes customer clearing and reconciliation, where you will regularly post payments for assigned customers and verify rebate charges in line with Business Development Agreement (BDA) terms, and handle deduction posting and clearing accurately to customer accounts while preparing consolidated reports for the Sales team. You will also ensure timely preparation and posting of GRVs shared by the Sales team and maintain audit monthly documentations. Your daily responsibilities will also include reviewing and releasing sales orders based on blocking criteria and maintaining accurate cheque logs for deposits.
During your second year in this position, your role will expand to more complex AR responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration. You will prepare and share customer statements of account (SOA) accurately and on time, as well as assist in creating new customer profiles. You will support the preparation of aging receivables reports and contribute to invoice verification for SAP Trade Management (SAP TM) processes. These tasks will require close coordination with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In this role, you are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential to succeed in this role. Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
