Ferrero's Commercial Graduate Program opens its doors to you by offering career experience within its sales teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing). Over the years, you will evolve within diverse teams and enriching missions; preparing you to take on the responsibilities of Category or Customer Development Manager, with a keen analytical mind, or even a Key Account Manager in charge of customer relations and negotiations, or those of a Brand Manager committed to their brands. This career path, built in collaboration with you, begins with a field experience for a period of 9 to 12 months, as close as possible to our customers and our products.

You develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, including qualitative and quantitative targets. In this way, you also ensure the best in-store execution in the region and with the customers assigned to you.
You will develop the different pillars of business growth defined for your region, such as distribution, shelves, visibility and promotion.
You will develop sales figures and support the client on second placements, promotions, seasonal campaigns, but you will also engage clients on category projects and an innovative commercial approach.
In addition, you will detect and propose the development of growth opportunities within the framework of Ferrero's commercial policy (new points of sale, increase in the assortment of points of sale, improvement of visibility, etc.)
You will be able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with all clients at different levels.
You ensure clear communication on all agreed activities from the head office to the stores to ensure perfect implementation and compliance with the agreements reached.
You will provide clear feedback, reports, and data using the customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
You will be asked to adopt proactive behavior and internally communicate relevant data such as point-of-sale (POS) trends and competitor characteristics, e.g. pricing, promotions, display, etc.
You will also be in daily contact with the merchandising team for the implementation of in-store activities.
You have an analytical mind that allows you to track the performance of the area and the point of sale using different dashboards.
You have a master's degree in economics, marketing or equivalent. You are ambitious, passionate about FMCG and motivated to have a first sales experience in the field before moving on to a sales office position in the sales or trade marketing department.
You are a fan of Ferrero products, which will allow you to be an excellent ambassador for our iconic brands.
You demonstrate proactive behavior combined with clear communication and analytical skills that will allow you to manage your region.
Although working independently, you are also able to function as part of a team.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (our business language).
You enjoy working in a changing environment, you are solution-oriented, and you know how to solve problems.
You know how to use Office tools effectively (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Of course, a driver's license is mandatory.
