For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a talented Brand Manager for Tic Tac, focused on Brand Innovation.  

Thanks to your interest in innovation combined with analytical skills and curiosity, you will contribute to deliver growth opportunities, translating consumers and market insights into actionable and financially sustainable innovation projects.  

Your analytical skills will be key to perform meaningful market analysis helping understand how to translate category trends and gaps into growth opportunities. You will support a variety of activities like consumer testing, packaging development, format strategy, PPA definition and flavor strategy. 

Your project management skills will be key to coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the whole product developments process working closely with internal stakeholders across different functions such as S&I, CSU, DTC, SBD & Finance.  

Closeness collaboration with Areas and key markets is key to help shape meaningful innovation pipelines that respond to real business opportunities. Your contribution will reflect a strong consumer perspective and understanding of how to translate relevance and appeal into innovation. 

Thanks to your university background in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in Marketing, you’ll be ready to support innovation projects with a solid understanding of category dynamics and business drivers to help guide insight-based decisions.   

Analytical skills translated into the ability to collect data from different sources and present key insights is key. Your organized and detail-focused approach will support smooth project execution, even in fast-moving settings.   

With a consumer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation, you’ll actively contribute to deliver innovation projects from concept, flavors, packaging, formats and financial point of view.  

Fluent English is required, any additional language is appreciated. A proactive and collaborative way of working is key to support your impact on the role.
