About the Role:
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst, who will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data and contributing to decision-making processes to support our company's financial performance and growth. In this Istanbul based position, you will be directly reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare/review period end financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS
• Control Group reporting packages and audit report
• Analyse financial statement accounts for accuracy and adequacy in line with IFRS
• Perform monthly financial statements analytical reviews and report to the top management
• Follow up developments in IFRS and Ferrero Group’s accounting policies and implement the new accounting treatments in line with Group Manual
• Responsible for communication with Group Consolidation Office and external auditors
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiencies in financial reporting processes
• Be a part of IFRS based Hyperinflation accounting postings
• Provide support to functional counterparts in operating units as required and to operating and senior management on business and accounting matters
• Participate actively in implementation of improvements on financial reporting processes, finance related projects and SAP systems
• Conduct special studies and analyses when required
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Preferably minimum 5-6 years of financial background (minimum 2-3 years audit experience is a must)
• Proficient level of IFRS and accounting knowledge
• Strong analytical and detail oriented, problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach, positive attitude and eager to learn
• Organized and multi-tasking
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate
• Fluency both in English and Turkish, both written and verbal
