This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full spectrum of FMCG marketing within a fast‑paced, multinational environment. The Marketing Intern supports the Hong Kong - Taiwan team across end‑to‑end marketing activities, contributing to the execution of impactful brand initiatives while gaining practical experience across campaigns, product launches, and performance analysis.

The position provides meaningful involvement in real business projects, close collaboration with experienced marketing professionals, and opportunities to work cross‑functionally with sales, trade marketing, digital teams, and external agencies.

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated local marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and activations, in close collaboration with agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Assist in implementing brand guidelines across campaign assets to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards
  • Contribute to new product launches and line extensions, including preparation of launch materials, coordination of activation plans, POSM, and cross‑functional alignment
  • Support the management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencer collaborations, from briefing and content coordination to post‑campaign evaluation
  • Assist in preparing clear and structured agency briefs based on brand team debriefs, ensuring accurate communication of campaign objectives, key messages, and requirements
  • Track campaign progress, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs; support post‑campaign analysis using sales data, consumer feedback, and market insights
  • Conduct basic market and competitor analysis and prepare summary reports and presentations.Handle essential project coordination and administrative tasks to support smooth execution
  • Availabilty for the internship for 10 weeks (full-time): from 01 June to 07 August 2026 
  • Undergradiate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Interest in the FMCG industry, with willingness and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented approach, good organizational skills, strong sense of ownership and collaboration
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and basic project management skills
  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or PR is an advantage but not mandatory; involvement in student organisations is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AI tools is considered an advantage
  • English and Cantonese proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus
