Revenue and Trade Management Specialist
For our Ferrero Bulgaria business unit based in Sofia, we are looking for a Revenue and Trade Management Specialist who will be the driver of the Profit Pool evolution in the Bulgarian Business Unit. You will be leading the Value Maneuver agenda and optimizing the five levers of Revenue Management. This role requires building a strong understanding of the local business priorities, while ensuring full alignment with Group and Area guidelines.
In this position, you will ensure business compliance and consistency with Group standards, while continuously strengthening Revenue Management capabilities in line with Group and Area Revenue & Trade strategies. You will also play a key role in fostering transparent communication on Revenue Management topics with Area and Group functions, supporting alignment and effective collaboration across all stakeholders.
At the heart of this Revenue and Trade Management role is the ability to turn data, insights and processes into clear commercial impact. You will play a key role in ensuring strong visibility, discipline and optimization across all revenue management levers, supporting smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
You will play a central role in Pricing Optimization, coordinating the value maneuver process, analyzing various masses of data like market trends and competitor positioning and ensuring strong implementation to drive Profit Pool growth.
Critical part of the role is Promotion Management and Trade Terms, where you will be responsible to follow Gross-to-Net evolution, evaluate promotion effectiveness and embed ROI-driven decision-making across all activities channels, ensuring alignment with commercial policies.
Driving Product and Customer Mix Optimization, you will provide recommendations to enhance portfolio value, channel mix and customer profitability, identifying opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
You will take full ownership of performance tracking by collecting and structuring proof of in-store performance across assortment, visibility, pricing and promotional activities. By ensuring proper archiving and accessibility, you will enable strong analysis, benchmarking and continuous improvement.
A leading part of the role is maintaining the Company Calendar, ensuring all commercial deadlines, customer commitments and milestones are clearly defined and respected through proactive coordination.
You will be the sole creator of a Company Dashboard and commercial reporting framework, consolidating key indicators such as sell-in, sell-out data, market share, distribution and competitor performance.
You will be in close day-to-day collaboration with Sales to ensure customer agreement governance and commercial compliance, validating offers, monitoring execution vs. agreements and identifying gaps and value recovery opportunities.
Together with Sales, you will contribute to Customer Planning, supporting customer reviews, scorecards, promo planning and action plans, translating insights into clear and impactful recommendations.
In addition, you will act as a key enabler of Commercial Capabilities, supporting adoption of systems, tools and processes (e.g., SAP TM, SAP ATMA, Customer Profitability tools) and contributing to a strong Revenue & Trade Management culture.
Where relevant, you will also support team development and capability building, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement aligned with company values.
We are looking for a professional who has 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing or similar commercial roles, ideally within the FMCG environment where pace, complexity and results orientation define everyday work. Experience across both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels is essential, with a strong understanding of category and channel development in different market contexts. A background in Sales or Key Account Management is considered a strong advantage, adding valuable commercial perspective.
You combine analytical thinking with clear communication and coordination skills, allowing you to translate complexity into clarity and action. Fluency in Bulgarian and English is required, along with very good MS Office skills with advanced Excel, Power BI and interpreting data from sources such as Nielsen (NIQ). A university degree in Business, Economics or a related field is expected.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of market, consumer and financial dynamics, as well as channel behavior and category growth levers across food segments. You know how to develop and execute channel strategies, balancing long-term vision with practical implementation. Strong knowledge of trade spend management, pricing and commercial planning is key to success in this role.
Comfort navigating cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority is critical. You collaborate effectively across teams, demonstrate strong communication skills and align different perspectives to drive outcomes. You are detail-oriented, responsible and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality execution.
