You will support the Trade Marketing team in the execution, monitoring and administration of in‑store activation activities, with a strong focus on OOH and seasonal campaigns. The role offers hands‑on experience in retail execution, POS management, data tracking and cross‑functional collaboration.

In this role, you will support the monitoring of in‑store visibility for Better‑For‑You products and contribute to competitor analysis by gathering market insights and inspirations from store visits, photos and internal platforms. You will be involved in the coordination of POS activities, supporting the production, delivery and distribution of in‑store materials, as well as the operative management of OOH POS tools.

You will also play an important role in administration and tracking, supporting execution follow‑up through accurate data inputs, monitoring field incentive results and maintaining structured tracking files. As part of the team, you will assist with basic cost and budget analysis, supporting monthly spend reviews and contributing to improved budget accuracy.

This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with Trade Marketing and In‑Store Activation specialists, develop analytical and organizational skills, and gain valuable exposure to retail execution in a dynamic FMCG environment. You will also support the team during peak periods, such as the summer holiday season, ensuring continuity of daily operations.

Practical exposure to in‑store activation and trade marketing processes

Understanding POS lifecycle management and retail execution standards

Development of analytical, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills

Experience working in a cross‑functional commercial environment

Interest in Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing

Basic analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage and structure data and tracking files

Proactive, reliable and eager to learn

Good communication and collaboration skills

Structured and organized working style

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field

Available for an internship (full‑time or part‑time, depending on setup)

Fluent in Hungarian and good working knowledge of English
