About the Role: 

For our Group internal communication agency called Pubbliregia, we are looking for a Strategic Planner who will have the unique opportunity to play an important role in the significant transformation that will shape the direction of our campaigns at global level.  

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this position, you will have a deep understanding of consumers’ behaviour and market dynamics.  

You will be accountable for translating complex research, insights and business goals into a compelling, inspirational, creative brief across traditional, digital and social media touchpoints, defining actionable communication strategies to solve the Business requests. You will also coordinate with the creative team (copywriters, designers and other professionals) in developing then optimizing effective campaigns and editorial plans, identifying advertising targets, defining target audiences and their motivations/beliefs and provide insights on how to maximize business outcomes through advertising. 

There will be constant contact with the Global Accounts team, too, to refine campaigns and ensure strategic alignment.  

Additionally, you will monitor campaign performance to fine-tune strategies and enhance future initiatives. You will conduct analysis by gathering and analyzing data on consumers and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that can inform creative strategies, together with the monitoring of the campaigns effectiveness.  

You will define each Brand communication strategy by translating business problem into a strategic issue that advertising can solve. Thanks to your experience, you will provide strategic data-backed recommendations, crafts a compelling narrative for the brand and develop a communication roadmap outlining campaign goals, defining key messages, and determining the overall approach to ensure alignment with brand vision and measurable results.  

Who We Are Looking For:

Your strong background in strategic planning, developed in a communication or creative agency, will be key for us.  

You will succeed in this role thanks to your deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics and trends. Moreover, as a strong communicator, you will leverage on your interpersonal skills and you will be able to trigger the creative teams’ enthusiasm and engagement.   

Your fluency in English and Italian, together with your past experience in international contexts/on international projects will enable you to bring and constantly keep a global vision on markets, cultures and consumers habits, coordinating the activities worldwide.
