Jürgen, Head of Supply Chain Germany, has been fascinated by trucks since childhood and once dreamed of becoming a truck driver. Today, his work connects sales, retail, and Ferrero’s production site in Stadtallendorf. His role in logistics allows him to rediscover his childhood passion in a dynamic and complex environment.

In her family, Katharina is known as “Aunt Nutella.” She particularly values the strong team spirit among her colleagues at Ferrero. The variety of topics she works on allows her to grow personally and continuously find new inspiration.

Kerstin has loved numbers since school, and her enthusiasm for business developed later. As a Senior Tax Specialist, she combines both passions. She values Ferrero’s collegial and global work environment, where mutual respect is key.

Meet Latifa from our HR team. Latifa is originally from Italy and discovered her passion and inspiration for people very early in life. This passion led her to her current career in HR where she supports colleagues to perform and succeed.

Lavinia, our ice cream legal counsel at Ferrero HQ. She has always cherished puzzles and group games. Today, she applies this passion to fitting the right pieces together, much like a puzzle, ensuring our products meet legal requirements worldwide.

Even as a child, Lukas was passionate about media. Today, he has found his second home at Ferrero, turning his passion into a career. As a Digital Media Manager, he collaborates with brand managers to develop concepts and strategies for e-sports and gaming, among other areas.

Marcus has been captivated by numbers since childhood. Initially, he wanted to become a tax consultant, but during his studies and internships, he discovered his passion for controlling. He particularly enjoys collaborating with different teams, analyzing data, and advising internal stakeholders.
