Revenue Manager (Maternity Leave Contract)
We have a current opening for a Revenue Manager (Maternity Leave Contract) and are actively reviewing applications.
As Revenue Manager, you will lead the Revenue Management function shaping Ferrero Canada’s pricing, promotions, mix, and trade spend strategies, driving revenue growth and company profitability. You will proactively identify opportunities to drive value supported by robust, fact-based analysis and recommendations.
As Revenue Manager, you will partner with Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders, acting as the key advisor on all pricing and revenue growth decisions.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Lead team in maximizing profit by optimizing pricing, promotions, mix and trade spend strategies
• Lead pricing and trade strategies for new product development
• Partner with Sales on customer planning and target setting
• Drive continuous improvement of Revenue Management capabilities, systems and processes
PRICING OPTIMIZATION
• Lead pricing strategy development for all Ferrero Canada brands including internal price indices, price pack curves, and competitive price indices.
• Own and guide category level price increase strategies, ensuring alignment with cross functional stakeholders.
• Lead pricing and trade strategies for new product development, aligning with brand, margin, and growth objectives.
• Oversee the measurement of the profit pool and define revenue management actions plan to drive it as per company’s objectives

TRADE TERMS & PROMO MANAGEMENT
• Lead promotional strategy development for all Ferrero Canada brands.
• Oversee trade terms and promo management activities ensuring alignment with local and global strategies.
PRODUCT MIX OPTIMIZATION
• Drive portfolio value creation through mix management, identifying strategic opportunities to trade up, address low-margin SKUs, and accelerate mix into higher margin products.
• Facilitate strategic pricing and mix alignment with Trade Marketing and Sales, ensuring guidelines and objectives are embedded into Go-To-Market planning and execution
CUSTOMER PLANNING
• Partner with Sales on customer planning focusing on promo planning, overall portfolio strategy, budget, tracking
COMMERCIAL CAPABILITIES
• Act as a subject matter expert for key data and RGM tools (e.g. P&L models, RGM tools, SAP TM), providing guidance, training, and support to colleagues in Sales and across the organization
• Ensure Ferrero Canada trade spend management and commercial processes are compliant with Ferrero Global policies
• Ensure the adoption of commercial processes, systems and reporting
• Actively participate in Ferrero Global Revenue & Trade Management community meetings
HUMAN RESOURCES / TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Manage, motivate, coach and develop Revenue Management team, elevating team and individual capabilities
• Recruit and onboard new hires as needed
• 4 – 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Financial acumen and P&L management experience
• Strong knowledge of sales volume and trade planning concepts and processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data and make business recommendations based on analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build consensus and foster positive relationships
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of SAP applications – SAP ECC, SAP TPM, SAP TCM, SAP BI
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices

The base salary range for this position is $92,656.00 - 123,542.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
