You will join the Group Food Safety & Product Integrity Center, within the Product Integrity Recipes Team, where you will support the regulatory evaluation of our product recipes to ensure compliance with both local and international food regulations, as well as Ferrero’s internal standards. Working in a dynamic, international environment, you will collaborate with colleagues across functions such as R&D, Marketing, Legal. Your main focus will be on Kinder & Premium Chocolate product categories, contributing to the compliance of new developments and maintaining the highest standards of product integrity and food safety.

In this role, you will assist in the regulatory compliance and technical scientific assessment of new and existing recipes, ensuring they meet the requirements of relevant food legislation. You will help interpret and apply food regulations and support the creation of technical documentation for product labeling and other purposes (e.g. Authorities, Customs,..). You will provide technical scientific support to the Legal team on matters related to claims and product communication, and provide guidance to project teams during product development from a regulatory perspective.
You will manage and update data in digital systems such as DEVEX and SAP ensuring information accuracy and consistency. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory process, gaining hands-on experience in a key corporate function that operates at the interface between technical expertise and business strategy.

You bring a background in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Food Law or a related field, and a first experience or strong interest in the regulatory area within the food or FMCG industry. You are eager to learn and to develop your understanding of food legislation, labeling, and product compliance in a global business environment.
You have strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues from different functions, showing curiosity and openness to work in an international and multicultural context.
You are fluent in English and comfortable using digital tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of DEVEX or SAP is considered a plus. Above all, you bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to grow your expertise in a company where product quality and compliance are essential values.
