Senningenberg, L, LU (Hybrid)
Permanent

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for Region Supply Chain Development Manager to shape how the Industrial & Supply organisation plans, improves, and delivers. You will craft a clear three‑year master plan and turn it into real follow‑ups, so teams can act with focus and see impact. You will connect planning, projects, performance and sustainability into one coherent story that people can use every day.

You will prepare and maintain the Regional Supply Chain master plan with a three‑year horizon, aligning priorities, investments (capital expenditure), operational objectives and measurable indicators. By coordinating inputs across supply chain functions, you will build a plan that is easy to read, easy to execute, and trusted by leaders to guide decisions.

Moreover, you will run the regional performance management and continuous improvement system. You will measure results, analyse gaps, lead improvement workshops, and standardise ways of working so progress is repeatable. You will consolidate regional performance indicators and present them clearly to the Area and Region, then drive corrective actions through to closure.

Finally, you will lead regional project portfolio coordination and support key local projects, while preparing the supply chain budget with Finance and tracking monthly profit and loss closure with clear explanations. You will communicate weekly volume and invoicing outlooks for distributor markets, and you will coordinate supply chain sustainability data and reporting, including ISO 14001 environmental management projects.

You bring at least 5-6 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics or industrial operations, and you can translate a strategy into a practical three‑year plan with clear priorities.

You can coordinate a project portfolio, steer timelines, and standardise ways of working. You know how to run performance routines: measure, analyse, define actions, check progress, and close.

You can work confidently with Finance on budgets. Thanks to your communication skills, you can write and present clear updates in English that help others act.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
